"There will always be high maintenance customers that you will have to deal with, and provided you remember that the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT, even when they're wrong, you will not have a problem working to find a solution for both the customer and company."

"I didn't have anything I didn't like about working with NEIMAN MARCUS. It was a great company to work for."

"I was able to gain a diverse set of skills. Had to deal with production, legal, marketing, purchasing, logistics, qa, .com, and creative. It was an incredible learning experience."

"Show a willingness to work hard, and stay oppen to change. HSN provides wonderful career path support."
What don't you like about working at Home Shopping Network?
"The compensation was not at all fair considering the responsibility I had."

"My management was nurturing, I have no suggestions for them."

"It was a good place to work to learn the industry but not to make a career."

"The ability to make my own choices and live and die by my actions. That I have a loose work structure."

"To go in with an open mind that this company isn't something you would expect. When the hockey season is over, its busier then it is during the year. That there is no true structure in the company for management."
What don't you like about working at New York Islanders?
"I don't have much room to grow in the company, which leaves me lacking the ability to make it a career."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To make more of a structured work enviroment. No one knows who is in charge of who and management are willing to let good workers go and pay poor workers for less."
