"Working for a Japanese Company was hard due to the culture and business practices. They are very conservative and did not use capitol money wisely."

"Nothing out of the ordinary. Just make sure that you know what you're getting into."

"Claimed to be customer centric, but was really all about numbers. No significant increases in pay. Back office support most of the time did not support you."

"Spend time listening to the staff instead of just looking at numbers."
