"I enjoyed the day to day communication and meetings with all of the Major Accounts I held, while being involved in all aspects of the management process."

What don't you like about working at The Commercial Appeal?

"While I showed extra-ordinary promise and drive, the reprecussions of others in the past allowed for no further room for advertising budgets internally, therefore, many were laid off for cut backs to the company as a whole."

What suggestions do you have for management?
