"Allow for more growth within the company, and dont push so hard on the pt financing side of the equation"
"I love what I do, but there is no communication within the company, the regional managers and up don't seem to care about the employees. A lot of co-workers feel the same. The respect I give does not get returned. It's hard to work for a company who doesn't really care for its employees. They do a lot of talking!!!!!! That's about it."
