"Stay away. They may be an Accenture subsidiary, but they don't do business anything like Accenture. They invent reasons to let highly-skilled employees go to replace them with cheaper, inexperienced people who can't handle the roles. They've also let people go by citing reasons regarding ADA protected disabilities. Avoid working for and doing business with these people at all cost. I wouldn't be surprised to see a lawsuit brought against them for wrongful termination at some point."
"ASM follows the military motto: do as you are told and ask no questions! The company is proud to be a family run company, so if you want to move up you better be family or at least former military. One of their values is an entrepreneurial spirit, what a joke. Suggestions are frowned upon by management unless it was their idea. The COO is a micro-manager and that trickles down through the management chain! If you are an experienced intelligent individual, stay away. Management is threatened by you!"
"ASM is good company to work for. They care about their employees."
"Started when the company was small."
