"I liked everything about working for Asha Salon & Spa. The reason for leaving was that business became extremely slow after the 9-11 incident. My income was cut to less than half and I need to find a better paying job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest giving the personnel the opportunity to work at an hourly rate vs. commission in order to make it possible to survive the times when the beauty industry is slow."
