"I wake up every day and enjoy logging in for work. I enjoy my team, including management and upper management. Pay has been right on par with other companies who reach out and try to get me to work for them. I have more vacation time than I can ever use in a year. Maternity leave benefits are better than most places I have entertained with an interview. I have been promoted 5 times and negotiated raises when responsibilities were added to my expectations. Could our systems use some updating? Sure, but that’s being worked out as we speak. I feel respected as an individual, as a parent, and as an employee."
"Place is toxic. They treat their employees like they are in kindergarten. Multiple layers of management and nothing gets done. Customer complaints are common so if you are working the front line, get used to frustrated people calling in about technology and associates that don't know anything about retirement plans. 'Benefits were awful and pay increases are not common at all. Talent will leave this company at first opportunity. Only people remaining can't get a job anywhere else."
"Senior leadership is clueless."
