"I've worked for this Corporation for over a year now full time. In just about 6 months of working here I have seen 4 changes in Vice President role, 4 changes in the Executive Administrator's role, and still have no permanent DON at my ministry. The Senior Corporate staff for ASL doesn't know how to lead by example and make knee jerk decisions without planning the aftermath of that decision. Other than Corporate Employees and IT, all other employees are underpaid for their roles and work load expectations. You will not get a raise so be sure to ask for the salary that you are worth up front! Corporate makes decisions off of first impressions and your looks so... keep that in mind!"
