QA Test Engineer

"I've worked for Aruba for just under a year. Working for Aruba is a very interesting experience due to its wide range of technologies and great work-life balance. Pay could be better, but you do get full benefits and a 4% 401(k) match and there are free catered lunches on Fridays. I enjoyed my time with Aruba and my co-workers but I felt as though the pace was a bit too slow and not enough room for change. I recommend working at this company if you're someone who wants something a bit more laid back. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me and I enjoy a fast face ever-changing environment that keeps me on my toes."
