"I've been with Artix Entertainment for nearly a year. The company itself contains several very passionate developers. However, I've found the company to not be moving in a direction that I would like to continue with. There is a lack of decision on where the game I work on, AdventureQuest 3D, is intended to move towards. The company itself takes good care of its employees in most circumstances as long as you agree with the CEO."
"I came to work for Artix Entertainment very early and quickly became an integral part of the company. The work environment is relaxed, the benefits are generous, and the community is largely supportive of the development teams. Management can be a problem, at times being both directionless and prone to micro-management but overall It's a fun place to make games."
