"It has changed over the years. Poeple would talk while passing in the halls. Now everyone is too busy looking down at their Smartphone."

"Talk to your employees and eliminate un-needed items such as corporate aircraft."

"That the arts are not viewed as important and are being removed from schools."

"To focus less on the test and more on what kids need for the real world."

"Go back and do what your workers do to gain a better understanding of how the guidelines will or won't work."

"Management should have less employees but make them full time."

"I love art and children so teaching is wonderful. I also don't have an office and have a flexable schedule."

"Great company if you are looking for a hobby but not a carreer."

"Not enough money or hours. Also, I am just an employee and would like more work in the marketing, or business building."
