"A system had already been set up when I arrived, which placed a major obstacle in the way of me effectively delivering my information."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Ban the use of Ipods, Ipads, Cell phones, etc. from the classroom during the hours of instruction."

"I strongly believe in the pleasure of giving, it very gratifying"
