"Arrow was a good company. A nice environment, the people all worked hard. It was a great place to learn as a new manager because my experiences I learned from Arrow have stayed with me in all of my other jobs. Arrow was known as a tough place to work for and if you became a manager there, it meant you knew what you were doing."

"It pays to have management experience in a fast paced environment, where quality control is key."

"Arrow had limited opportunity for anyone working in the warehouse. It was tough to transition to corporate."

"It was a fast paced enviroment and everyone helped each other, and the supervisor was well-liked by all."

"Sometimes there was a disconnect with management. The new programs to configure a computer system didn't work all the time. Someone sold this company a flawed system that does not do what was advertised. It was 3 steps back from the original system they had."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have the people who use the system for computer configurations get involved with decisions affecting their work."
