"No advancement, kept as part time as long as possible, but still working 40 hours/week while those working just 2.5 more hours (accounting for lunch, but then provided an additional 15 minute break to them) get benefits, retirement, paid vacation."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire full time only, stop penny-pinching, and work to improve the status-quo instead of enforcing it. Management is happy as long as there are warm bodies in the chairs, and doesn't really care much who."
