"The dream that I have always wanted which is now becoming a nightmare. IT service support center is stretched so thin with so many new gadgets coming in that we have lost three staff members in two months. You can hardly take leave to get anything done, (you are basically told not to). You are stuck in a month-to-month survival pay grade. Analysts put so much pressure on staff until it causes health issues. Once they say that we have under enrollment and next they say we are overcrowded. There are many things to love about the job such as no one looking over your shoulder in getting work done but you wear and tear your car doing it also. IT is basically a cranking machine with just twelve techs serving the entire county."
