"I worked with Arkansas Department of Human Services for 3 1/2 years. I loved the job stability and the benefits, but I always had the feeling that if everything wasn't done in a certain way, I was up for termination. I was a good team player and loved my coworkers, but the management always acted like they were better than everyone else and I didn't feel comfortable around them. When I did a bad job, I got in trouble, but when I did well, I wasn't commended. I missed working with children."
