"I honeslty would have been open for changes to be made and heard from lower level employees in the company. Adapt to the industry change."

"They tend to look at the shot term metrics not particularly tied to specific markets vs their product offerings."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They could have a succession plan for employees that are possibly better suited in other positions. It would be a function of the HR department in identifing key employees that couyld be utilized elsewhere rather than blind onboarding...much mony / talent lost due to this hireing practice."

"long hours, very stressful, high turnover, threat of being fired"

"have the phonix office call all the western leadds and let the east coast work 9-6 every day"
