"Good young workplace that still suffers from quickly changing priorities. In my experience goals and requirements are not clearly defined and this hinders forward progress. There are some great people who work here though, and they always keep a smile on their face and a good sense of humor."

"Company has no cash and can barely make payroll. Can't expand business as no money for internal expansion. Management team is very weak. Had 7 division presidents in 6 years. No consistancy. Kept old cronies around."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn to listen to knowledgeable employees."
