"I was in the marketing/sales side of things so maybe their techs had a better work experience than I did. Not likely... but maybe."
What don't you like about working at Argent?
"Everything. CEO was very intrustive. You couldn't send emails because he would monitor them so all your work was done via instant messanger. They would fire people at random because the company wouldn't do so well and instead of looking at their management team, they would fire all of their workers. Very volitale place with a lot of turnover. Sales people do not talk to anyone else and everyone is constantly on edge. They do not understand marketing at all nor have very good business sense. Any place that keeps a lawyer on STAFF has major issues with employee relations. Stay away,"

What do you like about working at Argent?
"My coworkers in the New York office were great and there was a great product to sell. There was a lot of hard work and long hours involved but the compensation for the time spent made the work worth it."

"Show full commitment and be up to speed with the latest IT software from competitors, mainly Microsoft (MOM,SCOM)"
What don't you like about working at Argent?
"CEO/President was very intrusive with every minor aspect of company procedure and has a bit of an inflated ego. Good managers and executives were unappreciated and not allowed to effectively manage their respective staff due to the excessive micromanagement."

What don't you like about working at Argent?
"During the 2 years I worked there I had to work through a 2 month Union Labor Stoppage and a Property Sale ( after which me and My General Manager both lost our jobs)"
