"Get down and talk to the employees. Get surveys directly from employees . Don't be out of touch"

"Training was minimal. Was a new sales program put in place and they were still working on a process."

"Continue to work on the training process. Teach each person what they are going to be selling, don't just throy them out to the wolves."
