Submit a Review"I work for the franchise in Auburn, Alabama and would not trade my branch for any other. We get very competitive pay, bonuses, salary with overtime, sales commission and best of all family insurance. I enjoy being able to see the amazement in my customers' reaction to what I can do to their lawns no matter how challenging the yard may be. Working outside in the summer heat and humidity gets old sometimes but I've done it for so many years that I know what to expect."
"The things I loved about being an area manager for machine & welding was the opportunity to train others and make them better employees. The only thing I disliked were the changes overtime because I believe if a person does a job they should be paid an adequate wage for it."

"Do not go to work for this company unless you are desperate for a job. You might luck out and get one of the managers who is in favor with the executives."

"The work itself of both doing premium audits and managing audit teams is very rewarding."

"They will not listen. Do not waste your time making suggestions."

"Everything else...horrible management. Unprofessional Branch Manager. No training or product education."

"Train your Branch Manager! Train your OSRs. Consistent Management messages."
