I have learned not only the engineering skills that are relevant for the job, but I have also learned communication and teamwork skills that are necessary when working with people from corporate and union environments. I started with them in 2008 during the housing crisis and they were concerned about their employees and moved my planning group to Indiana Harbor for further training in order that when the crisis was over we would be able to return to Cleveland and begin working seamlessly immediately. I found that they provided that through the time that I was with them and I appreciated their care and understanding of their employees."

"Always a challenge to engineer solutions to other people's problems. good pay and excellent benefits."

"No longer any upward mobility. They did away with hourly supervisors. Consequently, I am not able to make use of my degree, experience, and skills."

"I would suggest asking about growth oppurtunities and the companies long range plans for success."

"There were no growth oppurtunities available for someone of my expereince."

"My management had very little direction from the parent's management team and did not want to inquire or generate new opportunities."
