"I have worked for ArborServ for 10 months. The company is committed to exceptional and professional tree service work. The company however is suffering through severe growing pains. Equipment is worn out and needs replacing, and we have problems with our local labor force. I have to wear too many hats to be able to focus on sales. We are operating with a total of 10 or less employees. I work directly for the owner."
