"Friendly competitive work environment which motivates the technicians to work hard. Technicians are well-compensated for the work and hours put in. Technicians and managers are required to attend weekly training sessions/courses and take monthly exams - you can't find that anywhere else in this business. Managers are often given more responsibility than they're compensated for which can cause unnecessary stress and tension between employees. This may be a result of a company growing at such a high rate it is unable to know or learn how to delegate responsibility. Overall, undoubtedly one of the best companies in this industry to work for."
