"Some of the people at A&R were fun to work with. It is a little engineering shop and all of the benefits and compensation suffer as a result. They expect their salary employees to work a minimum of 45 hours a week, give no starting paid time off, and after a year of working for them you get one week, no 401K (which they conveniently forgot to mention in the interview), and no health benefits until after 90 days and you have to chase them down to get it."
