"WORST COMPANY EVER, LIARS. They will say and do whatever to trick their consultants. They are unethical and behave like snakes. Everyone in management needs to go stand on the unemployment line for a while so they can learn humility. A bunch of asses sitting behind a desk with no clue. Aquilent wake up before your reputation goes further down the toilet.... Get a better team cause you SUCK!"

"I've worked here for a year. Company culture is great at the Laurel HQ, not so hot at a lot of client sites. Aquilent is a great company for a little while for most people, but the ability to move up seems fairly limited, apart from certain people in technical career paths. They're a little stingy, and the nature of federal contracting means that you can and will be moved around to a lot of different projects. For some people it's stable, others have bounced around on 4 projects in a year."

"I worked for this company for more than two years. The work/life balance was great with the opportunity to telecommute. However, it was very cliquish. If you were not with the "in" crowd, it was almost impossible to advance. Also, the CEO never visited employees working on contracts off-site."
