"I am a sole representative at a contracted site, there is very little interaction with corporate except for demands and deliverables, but site is overbearing"

"more effort to draw into corporate culture, more effort to seem involved in caring about career development, etc"

"The changes in space for the team we worked in. It was too small and cramped. Caused a good amount of wasted time."

"Be more in-the-know on how employees are feeling about specific changes or situations. Ask more questions."
