"Do not work for this company if you want to have your idea taken seriously, if you want to hear VP's of operations being ridiculed and cussed at out loud. DO NOT work for this company. The owner has NO respect for people. I have never personally been ridiculed, but I heard it and see it all the time."

"In all my over 25 year plus in Engineering, this was the WORSE run company EVER. No manager's run any operation, it is ALL run by the owner, is way ONLY."

"The owner has to let the people he hires run the business and quit micro-managing it."
