"This is a company that doesn’t live up to its espoused values. For a company focused on enabling organizational agility and profitability through alignment, strategy, and lean portfolio management, they surprisingly use none of those methods effectively and are governed by fear and intimidation. The CEO is a figurehead to enable the whims of the chair / primary shareholder who fluctuates in and out - sometimes out when trying to build some other company - other times in and all in by interjecting himself all over the place with criticisms for how the consultants fail to meet his level of expectations. They aggressively expanded only to layoff a quarter of their staff after realizing they didn’t have the work they expected. Recommend to avoid!!!’"
