"eDiscovery is an exciting and still maturing industry. With that said, there needs to be education at the senior level of why partnering, consultative sales makes sense. It has been an uphill climb to say the least."

"Trust your employees to execute on strategy, communicate issues w/o emotional overtones, and weed out those who are prone to lie to cover their own career issues."
