"Working from home when I wasn't travelling. Provided us with good equipment and good benefits."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are full of yourself, go for it. If you are not, then no matter how much money the offer you, it is not worth it as you will be miserable."

What don't you like about working at Appirio?

"Travelled about 75% of the time. You either fit the culture or you did not. It was very clicky like you were back in high school. They spend money like it's going out of style but have never made a profit. Seems like management is in it just to sell it when it goes public."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Wise up! A lot of your employees are miserable. Project managers are not managing the project, they are directing the project. As you all know, from the past - aka: Time Magazine, they are directing these projects off of a cliff."
