"I've worked for Appia in the NOC since 2007 and watched a company grow and have been expected to adjust and learn new technology by taking on double the responsibility with only fear of losing the job as motivation. I enjoy the challenge of the work but the undefined and overwhelming accountability for the position and life versus work ratio does not match compensation package."
