"Don't bother. The hours you put in relate to less than minimum wage."

"Management doesn't care if we stay or leave. In fact, after the three year raise, they try to force us out. The less experienced faculty costs less. They only want students for the dollars they represent, not to help them with the education. Just pass them through is subtly encouraged."

"It would take a complete change of attitude toward students and employees to change management."

"As with all interviews, especially for people with expereince, focus on what you bring to the table and negotiate from there. Unless you don't have any expereince and are looking to get your foot in the door smonehwere in order to gain expereince, don't settle for less than you are worth."

"A growing and increasingly key player in the contract security industry, but operating with a small business mindset. Review current business model and make approrpiate changes in order to take the next big step into becoming a truly significant competitor on the regional and national levels."

"I loved the work and the people. It was a family oriented place as well. They tied to make you better and not fire you. I was treat very well. Even as a contractor I was treated as an associate. Excellent place to work."
