What do you like about working at Aberdeen Proving Ground FCU?
"I worked there in 1998. What I liked about working there was helping/assisting Members with their accounts, loans, etc. I liked helping them build their nest egg. It was great meeting a lot of people & building professional relationships with them. It was also building on my career in banking."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Not really. It's like interviewing anywhere else. You have to do your research about the company and put your best foot forward."
What don't you like about working at Aberdeen Proving Ground FCU?
"There wasn't anything about APGFCU that I didn't like. The only reason I left there was because of my commute. It took me over an hour to get there and sometimes about 1.5 hours to get home."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My main suggestion to management would be to listen to your employees more. When we have ideas/opinions on how something could be done differently, instead of brushing us off, listen to what we have to say. Some of us actually had very good ideas/opinions."
