"I liked the people that were not in-charge. Fun group of people."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't. The company has grown faster than they can handle and there is about to be a huge reorganization due to multiple closings and loss of revenue. The only ones making money in the next decade will be the owners."
What don't you like about working at Anytime Fitness?
"Everything else... no regard for industry standards, no caring for the employees unless you were one of the select 5 people. Every part of the job was made more difficult than required."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They all need to be replaced. The company has been successful in spite of what they've done rather than what they have done. The company is about to crash"
What do you like about working at Anytime Fitness?
"It was a great opportunity to learn how to start a business from ground up."
What don't you like about working at Anytime Fitness?
"My particular situation was different, because we lost our District manager(my mentor at the time) 2 weeks before we opened my location. I then had to make all the decisions and adjustments alone. But again, great learning experience."

"Need to reside close to the club and be available to work late every night."

"I love working with customers, coordinating marketing proposals, we have a GREAT crowd that makes spending your working hours here fun and fresh"
