"Pro: I was lucky to work with one supervisor who actually valued the job I did for my team. Cons: mgmt as a whole fails to listen to concerns and is notorious for turnover; banquet manager steals from staff tipshare. Fraternizing with staff was common yet NO ONE in mgmt would do anything about it. Breaks were rushed and revolved around event schedule. Mgmt failed to support banquet staff with their responsibilities during events and reset. Favoritism toward fratboy types. Bar tipjar not allowed."
