What don't you like about working at Anritsu?
"It simply depends upon where you work, and what department. I would never go into manufacturing unless that's something you'd want to do. I saw far, far too many BSEEs trying to get out of manufacturing at Anritsu (you get stuck there). Most of these folks earned their MSEE while doing the manufacturing tour of duty (perhaps that's a fair trade)."

"Find out about your boss, and his/her ability to make things happen, and his/her willingness to listen and push your ideas."

"Senior management thought they knew it all, now most of them are gone."

"They have experienced staff, some of them willing to contribute. Listen to them. When laying off, you need to consider you're putting a family in the street, don't attempt to put employees with 2 weeks salary."
