"I've worked at Annie Selke Companies for numerous years. I believe their products and customer service are top notch."
"I've worked for the Annie Selke Companies for many years. In that time, the company has gone from a place that felt collaborative and open to innovation, to a place where favoritism rules and no one is paid enough to live. Almost everyone there has a dual income household and still has a second job or does freelance work because they have no other way to pay the bills. We are regularly insulted, verbally abused and disrespected by management. Employees are living with constant stress to the point where it leads to physical illness. But you are actively discouraged from taking sick time so people come in to the office with everything from the flu to pneumonia because they can't afford to miss work, which then gets everyone else sick. HR does not respect confidentiality and people have been fired for what they've told HR. It's a toxic place and it's so disappointing because it used to be so great but they brought in new management and employees are disposable. When over 15 people in one business area have left in less than 9 months, things are very broken."
