"It's very competitive to land a job position in design or anywhere at the corporation I think. They have so many interns in every department which really makes it hard to shine! Also as an intern there, Anna SuI doesn't give you the time or day to talk to her personally. She's very busy!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you have a specific skill or knowledge make sure you express that or show that to the head department. This way you stand out from other interns. If your interning in the design department, express your knowledge in textiles and fabrics or sketches, or contribute great ideas. If your in the pattern-making department show off your measurement skills. Last but not least if your in the production department express all the skills you have!"
