"Pros: Since I was a virtual intern, I probably can't say much, but my project manager was very sweet and well-versed, and planned out my assignments really well. The work was versatile and interesting, and it was a lot of fun to do. Problems I had while developing an Android Project: Who is my target group? What is the aim of the app? Which function does the app have? Dealing with the Screen Real Estate. Cons: I honestly did not face any critical problems at all, I like the staff a lot and I think the company has a really nice work culture."

"I did not like how slow it was to get feedback from ideas or questions. Other than that it was a really good experience."

"Just know about the company and its products before the interview."

"The company is not currently making the the products that gives them a good market share in various market segments and its market share in most of the products has drastically declined."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It should look for reducing the price of the products and consider changing its market strategies like focusing on Ad revenue with services instead of monthly charge for the services.(like making Sony Network Entertainments services free instead of monthly service charge etc)."
