"Everyday I meet new people and am free to interact with them. My coworkers are the reason this position is so great, we all get along great and are able to work together in order to meet the needs and requirements of our job."

"Make sure that you are a very outgoing and hardworking individual. Although it may only be part time work, it is crucial that overall customer service well exceeds the customers expectations in order to continue employment within the company."
What don't you like about working at Andiamo Trattoria?
"There's truly not much I dislike about the company. It's a part time job and very much fit my needs while I was in school. Very flexible. I cant complain."

"Keep up the good work. I'm overall very satisfied with the experiences I have had at Andiamo."

"Ask how many managers are on staff and of those how many are external candidates working longer than 1 year."
What don't you like about working at Andiamo Trattoria?
"Senior management was very unprofessional. A group of people that decided opening restaurants with no previous experience in the industry. The only successful management cadiates are promoted from hourly. No external candidates have lasted more than a year. This further narrows the experience in the industry preventing any professional growth."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The owners should remove them selves from the day-to-day operations and hire a CEO with restaurant experience to move the concept forward."
