"Ancra Cargo is an extremely difficult and frankly a backwards company to work with. The normal process when placing an order as a distributor is this: 1) set the order aside and wait for a status inquiry. 2) try to come up with excuses why the order hasn't been processed. 3) process and ship the order approximately 4 weeks later. The people that work at Ancra cargo are so used making distributors beg for an order to process, they honestly believe this is a normal business process. When inquiring about 4 week old orders, you are passed along to rep after rep who, instead of wanting to work with you to keep your business, would rather argue with you about why they feel like they were able to sit on the order for so long. If you are a distributor thinking about contracting with Ancra Cargo, do your self a huge favor and turn around and run as far away from this company as you can get. Due to Ancra's incompetence, my company has lost thousands of dollars and dozens of customers, as well as numerous negative reviews. Ancra is an extremely backwards company that has no clue of how to work with people, or how to perform the most basic of tasks. Absolutely terrible company to work with. The worst I've seen in my 27 years of business!"
