"I like to work on analytical chemistry."
"I love the current company that I have worked for more than 10 years. My coworkers there are very nice and friendly. My boss is very nice."

"I absolutely loved my job at first because I had a lot of autonomy and was constantly learning new things. I had to understand how the various pieces of equipment worked and had to learn how to run them, repair them and maintain them. I really enjoyed learning the theory behind how all the equipment worked. I also had to figure out how to prepare samples so that they could be analyzed by the various pieces of equipment - especially the ICP. I like moving around the lab and working with my hands."

"Little room for advancement and I don't like the city it is in."

"Encourage employees by offering more manangement positions to internal candidates."

"Sometimes there were meetings that didnt really get any thing done."

"the management was good, ther is nothing I would change"

"The new technology in mass spec equipment, and the use of innovation."

"Please hire people who know what they are doing and not just recipe followers."

"The so called know it alls who do not even understand the basics."

"Be aware of how dishonest your staff can be when it comes to work."

"There is no where to grow for a person with 3 or more years of experiencing."
