"I started working for Amtrak in 2011 as a Part Time Reservation Sales Agent and I worked my way up through the ranks by qualifying in different departments, learning the jobs and teaching others. Amtrak is going places. Great improvements are coming, but with that being said there some decision makers who do not make the best decisions in the interest of the passengers or employees. If that part would be improved upon, I would give Amtrak a 100% rating."

You will always be supported by management, they will take your advice and let you do your job the best way that you know how, as long as you show them how you used your experience to inform your decisions."
