"I have worked for AMS for a substantial amount of time. Over that time I have watched the company grow quite a bit. As with all growing companies there are growing pains. AMS works through them with a positive outcome. There is room for growth in the company if you want it. Management is open to listening to new ideas from anyone in the company. Co-Workers are great and management is easy to work with."

"A fast-paced multi-faceted company engaged in business primarily with school districts and technology upgrades. The company features a vast supply of talented individuals whom I have the pleasure to work with. Many stand out among the best. Very little initial direction was provided when I first started here, but the company has been investing the past year + in standardizing operations which is a positive, but if it is too stringent, it can be a negative with some projects and customers. Management should communicate more with employees on goals, accomplishments and even introducing new employees. Projects are always exciting and challenging and work as a team is dependent on the project manager and methodology. Overall my experience here has been a good one."
