"Horrendous working conditions, and a complete disregard for safety and environment."
"I have worked for AMRI for 12 years. After many years of plant closings and layoffs, I thought it was finally turning around. But after three years of being held as a private equity company, things are not improving so I am looking for a new opportunity to showcase my skills. I also would like the opportunity to return to Pittsburgh which is where I was born and raised."
"Hyaluron is not a family or employee friendly work place"
What do you like about working at AMRI?
"There were some incredible people there. They were terrific to work with and wonderful lifelong friends."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Stay Away! If you are really desperate, you should apply, but nothing is worth losing your sanity and your family."
What don't you like about working at AMRI?
"The senior management took advantage of ALL the employees. Treated them very badly, didn't appreciate them, and acted as though employees should feel blessed for having a job and not angry about being mistreated. There was no work and personal life balance. it was all work all the time or you were considered a bad employee."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"A company is only as good and the people working there. If you want top quality people, you need to treat them well and retain them. Not abuse them so they will leave."
