"I was able to work with both engineering in developing products, finding and resolving field issues and being a part of new designs for both windows based products and embedded products."

What don't you like about working at AMREX?

"There wasn't enough new product ideas to keep the teams bussy."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They needed to work with the engineers on developing comprehensive development schedules instead of dictating a time frame. They need to take into consideration what I call an engineers optimism factor since some engineers are very optimistic and others are not."
