"After working at Ampronix for over 5 years I must say I really enjoy working here as well as the employees I work with. I also like that additional benefits have been included such as life insurance, 401k, dental, medical, & Paid Time off."
"The company has really come a long way since the "old" days. The company is very open to suggestions, and employee reviews are being done on time, whereas they were never done before. Management can still use some improvement, but in all fairness they have improved radically. The building is clean and the people that work there are very nice and professional. This has become a very nice place to work every day."
"During the first 6 months of 2015 there was a slightly higher that 33% turnover with 2/3 being fired! There are a number of people in key positions that are completely unqualified. No annual reviews, no raises unless you threaten to quit, the worst benefits I have even seen. The building is very nice, new and clean and the owners seem nice at first, but it is run like a concentration camp, do yourself a favor and don't let them catch you!"
"I worked at Ampronix for 3 years. During that time I saw about 95 percent of the company leave, or get let go. A high turnover rate is an obvious sign of poor management (look it up). My boss (the head of I.T. at the time) was awesome, and I learned tons from him. Ampronix served its purpose for me, but I'm happy to move on. No dental insurance, no retirement plan, minimal vacation time off, cameras in every room, no yearly review for promotion, the list goes on... I asked around, and people had been there for YEARS with no raise in pay. Very sad, and greedy. If you're good at kissing butt, then you'll do great at Ampronix. If you're interested in progress, learning, and not stagnating, look elsewhere."
"I was a marketing manager at Ampronix, and the place is in a sorry state. Management is clueless, and managers all talked bad about one another. The CEO and CFO are always absent, in attendance, and in mind. Don't waste your time with this place. Also, there are cameras inside the building, so you have a creepy feeling that you are always being watched. Also, compensation and benefits are far below average."
"This company is a complete joke. The management clearly favors one person. No ethics. Direct Supervisors are best friends with their subordinates- unethical and creates a horrible environment. The Manager continuously makes the employees feel useless and like they are stupid. People are spoken to like dogs. I would not EVER recommend this company to anyone. Dodge this bullet and take off if they offer you a job!!"
"The job was good at first but then after the work is enough for the company they do not need you anymore. The Ethics in this business is flawed that gives you a false reality of moving up and achieving great things then cut you off and move on to the next designer in a assembly line."
"Very unethical practices there.I've seen people get fired at least 3 times a month on average, and an orientation for potential candidates once a week.People look miserable there. It's sad seeing people this sad, it's like you just went to another country and witnessed a communist regime."
"Not a good company to work for. There is no room to grow or improve. They provide very little training and don't equip you to be successful."
"Poor management, stressful and hostile work environment, unstructured training process, obvious favoritism between management, lacking ethical principals from management, unrealistic sales quota expectations. I would not recommend this company to anyone."
"It was good at the beginning and horrible at the end."
