"Amherst Label is an amazing place to work!! I look forward to going to work each and everyday! It is like a family where everyone works hard and is rewarded for their efforts! We have shout outs when you do something great! There is a standout of the month. This individual gets $200 and a special parking spot right up front for the month along with a public thank you from the president on the internal tv monitors throughout the building! Now there are handouts (gift cards) being presented to employees caught doing great things and saving the company money! This summer we had a weekly salad bar on Tuesdays where Angela made you your own individual salad tossed with love and some balsamic dressing! All the ingredients were from local farms! Yum!! We are looking forward to the fall and winter where the company will have a free soup/bread day each week for employees! The company takes their employees and their families to Six Flags for a day of fun including a barbecue and coach bus rides to and from each summer! They have been paying a quarterly bonus to employees for the past 2 years - sharing the success of the company! The company appreciates and applauds their employees with special breakfasts with all the fixings each quarter they do well, along with burger bars cookouts and Ben and Jerry ice cream socials! At Christmas time the owners treat every employee and guest to a special holiday party at a very beautiful inn! The company slogan is everything is better with a label. I think every employee who works for this company would say "I am blessed to work for this special employer who is caring and sharing and makes our lives better in every way!" ."
