What do you like about working at Ameritraining?

"Travel, paid weekly, all expenses paid, local and if you live more than 60 miles away from your training site your paid all expenses including a rent a car"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If in Detroit, beware of the lead instructors! Their a father/ daughter team and you won't get ahead"

What don't you like about working at Ameritraining?

"Lead trainer back stabs other instructors to make herself look better. She feels threaten that others mill bump her out of that position if she gives the CEO a good heads up"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To check out lead instructors and make sure their for real and not just a impressive interview but to follow up and question other instructors on the lead instructors in private"

"Travel, weekly pay, paid expenses, easy work, and the pay is good"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Beware of lthe lead trainer in Detroit, she's a back stabbing to benefit from and she'll destroy your name before you can blind just so you don't advance and threaten her job title"

What don't you like about working at Ameritraining?

"Leader trainers are very unprofessional, she swears, talks drugs, sex etc. shops online, direct the class into gossip, side tracks the, into her non relatated topics she wants to discuss, gossips to other instructors on how bad other instructors are just to make herself look good. She feels threaten that the newer instructors will push her out of that job title and shell loose power. She's report to the main office on other instructors feeling them in on how they perform and I assure you their all bad in her eyes, and the main office acts on her comments without any chance of defending yourself."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make sure when picking a lead instructor that their just that and not one that cusses, swears, talks about drugs her husband does, and one that would stay off the shopping web sites"
